CONDITIONS OF SALES

These terms and conditions of sale are concluded between :

On the one hand, Fred's Guitar Parts, SIREN 404486177.

And on the other hand, any natural or legal person, exercising a commercial activity, wishing to make a purchase on the shop.fredguitar.com website.

Hereinafter referred to as "the customer".



Article 1 : Introduction

The purpose of these conditions is to define the contractual relationship between Fred's Guitar Parts and the client.

The fact of placing an order with us implies the acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale.

Fred's Guitar Parts reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the customer's order.



Article 2 : Orders

Orders must be placed on the website shop.freguitar.com
The customer who wishes to buy a product must necessarily:
1) Create your professional space on the shop.fredguitar.com website
2) Send to sabrina@fredguitar.com

  • a certificate of professional activity (K-Bis extract or equivalent) in the field of lutherie or music
  • the legal status of the company
  • your bank information
  • an intra-Community VAT number for supplies in Europe.



Article 3 : Payment terms and conditions

The customer chooses his payment method when opening his account.
The payment of the goods is made by :

  • SEPA direct debit
  • Credit card via a secure payment link sent by email
  • Bank transfer
  • Payments by cheque are no longer accepted.
  • For a first order, Fred's Guitar Parts waits for payment to be received before shipping the goods.

The delivered goods remain the property of Fred's Guitar Parts until full payment has been received. In the event of non-payment of an agreed claim, Fred's Guitar Parts is entitled to recover the goods belonging to it. In the event of a dispute, the court of Toulouse is the only competent court.

In case of particular and exceptional difficulty in paying an invoice, please contact us before the due date.

In the event of repeated payment delays, Fred's Guitar Parts will then request cash payments from the customer for subsequent orders.



Article 4 : Rates

Our prices are net, excluding taxes, VAT and postage in addition.

Fred's Guitar Parts reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice, the invoicing being made at the price in effect on the day the order is shipped.

Products sold in the B-stock category benefit from a price reduction according to the following criteria: damaged packaging, aesthetic defect, breakage.

Products sold in the DEALS category benefit from a price reduction according to the following criteria: references received following an error from a supplier, product stopped by a supplier or by Fred's Guitar Parts.



Article 5 : Availability

Product offers are valid as long as they are on the shop.fredguitar.com website, within the limits of available stocks. In the event of unavailability, Fred's Guitar Parts undertakes to order the product from the supplier, subject to availability from the latter.

If a product is not available, Fred's Guitar Parts will keep this product in stock for a period of 6 months. After this period, the order of the product will be cancelled.



Article 6 : Delivery

The shipping costs are at the customer's expense and determined according to the weight of the package.

Possible delivery methods are DPD, La Poste and UPS.

The customer undertakes to transmit all the information necessary for the smooth running of the delivery (road, residence, coded door, floor...). He must also provide a telephone number and an e-mail address to be notified by the carrier. For home workshops, it is imperative to mention for the deliverymen the existence of the company at the entrance level.

As soon as the order is dispatched, the customer receives by email the tracking number of the package and can thus follow the steps of the delivery. If you do not receive this email, send a message to sabrina@fredguitar.com

Our goods travel at the risk and peril of the recipient.

It is the responsibility of the latter to unpack his goods in the presence of the delivery person. In case of problem, the recipient must within 48 hours:

  • make a reservation with the carrier
  • send an email to sabrina@fredguitar.com, reporting damage or loss to claim compensation or replacement.

If the package is not delivered within 48 hours (working days), the customer undertakes to notify Fred's Guitar Parts at sabrina@fredguitar.com

The non-application of these clauses engages the sole responsibility of the recipient and prohibits any recourse.



Article 7 : Return of goods

Any return of product must be requested in advance from Fred's Guitar Parts. Returns of goods in their original packaging are acceptable over a period of 3 months.

After 3 months following the invoice date (except in the case of after-sales service) a 30% obsolescence index will be applied to the returned product and therefore to the resulting credit note. After 6 months, the obsolescence index taken into account will be 50%. After 1 year, any return of merchandise will be refused.

Each return package must contain a document specifying:

  • The company's contact details
  • The first name of the person who validated the request to return to Fred's Guitar Parts
  • The number of the purchase invoice
  • The reason for the return
  • The request for replacement or credit note



Article 8 : Intellectual Property

The information provided by the customer is for the exclusive use of Fred's Guitar Parts. Fred's Guitar Parts undertakes not to pass on to third parties the information provided by customers, which remains confidential.
